This program was for the initial roll out of the new Unfi Access System starting April 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2024. This program is no longer honored by the GO HOA.
By submitting an application for a amenity security device (Key Fob) you agree to pay any fees related in issuance of said security device and agree to pick it up within 30 days to avoid the restocking fee. If a restocking fee is assessed, it will have to be paid before a security device can be issued in the future.
Fee payments are due in full when you pickup your Key Fob. Payment methods are:

All Security Devices remain active as long as you are in good standing with the Glen oaks HOA. Below is a list of reasons (not limited to) a key fob may become inactive or suspended:
You have not paid your annual assessment
Excessive HOA Balance
Amenity violation(s)
You move out of Glen Oaks/Grand Oaks
Key Fob is damaged
Key Fob Usage Abuse ie letting under age children use the Pool or Gym
