To All Residents/Homeowners:
The swimming pool hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, Regular Season Hours 9 A.M. to 8 P.M.
The swimming pool hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, Extended Season Hours 9 A.M. to 8 P.M.
The Pool will be CLOSED on Mondays for cleaning and superchlorination of the pool. If Monday falls on a holiday, the pool will close for cleaning on Tuesday.
The Glen Oaks | Grand Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc shall be know as GO HOA throught this document.
Please familiarize yourself with Grand Oaks/Glen Oaks Pool Rules:
1. NO one under the age of 17 is permitted inside the pool secure area at any time unless they are escorted and under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian that is a resident or homeowner in Glen Oaks or Grand Oaks. Said adult must be present at alltimes while their underage child is in the pool secured area.
2. Unauthorized people MUST NOT be allowed access into the pool secure area. Allowing someone to "tailgate" off your FOB, lending your FOB to someone else or opening the gate for someone else that does not have a FOB for whatever reason is grounds for pool access suspension.
3. Your Pool Pass (FOB) must be present on resident or homeowner at all times while occuping the pool premises. You are required to show your FOB to any GO HOA staff or Board Member upon request if they identify thenselves as such.
4. You are allowed two guests per household. Members who have guests are responsible for them and their actions while on GO HOA property at all times.
** A Homeowner or Resident with a suspended or revoked account cannot be considered a guest of another Homeowner or Resident in good standing.
5. NO running or rough play (throwing each other, pushing, dunking or getting on another's shoulders, splash fights, dog fights) bikes, or skateboards in or around the pool area.
6. NO diving, jumping off backwards, flips from the side of the pool and NO jumping off the pool furniture will be allowed.
7. Proper swimming attire required. No Cut-offs or thong swimsuits are allowed.
8. NO loud music is permitted, head phones must be used.
9. NO foul language.
10. NO eatlng or glass containers inside the pool.
11. NO pets are permitted in the pool area.
12. Only pool toys, noodles and small rafts are permitted in the pool.
13. The Pool may NOT be reserved/used for parties.
14. NO swimming or access into the pool secure area after designated swimming hours or during any other period(s) the pool is closed by GO HAO Staff or the Board of Directors. Anyone caught breaking into or unauthorized access into the pool secure area, by any means and regardless of intent is grounds for but not limited to GO HOA Amenity suspension, crimanial trespassing charges being filed against him or her with MCSO, and any other provision(s) available to the GO HOA by the state of Texas, Montgomery County or local laws or ordinances.
15. No Swimming or access to the pool secure area if you are under the Influence of alcohol or any other controled substance or drug that impears judgement or motor skills.
16. No Glass Containers in the Pool Area.
17. No Electrical Devices in the Pool Area.
18. No Swimming During Inclement Weather. Swimmers should exit the pool immediantly apong hearing thunder in the vicinity and promptly leave the pool area and take shelter.
19. No Swimming Alone.
20. KEEP OUT OF RESTRICTED AREAS.
*GO HOA staff and Board members will be making random appearances throughout the pool season.
*The pool secure area is equiped with an emergency 911 phone located on the exterior wall of the pump house by the entrance/exit gate
*There is a zero torerance policy for disruptive, disrespictuful and agressive behaviour. Non emergency occurances should be reported to the Grand Oaks Office
*Sharing Fobs with non household members, friends and or non-residents of the GO HOA could result in suspension of your key fob account.
*THERE IS A $15 CHARGE FOR NEW, FIRST TIME KEY FOB(S) ISSUANCE.
*THERE IS A $25 CHARGE FOR REPLACEMENT KEY FOBS EITHER LOST OR STOLEN.
